Razorlight’s Johnny Borrell is to head a tribute to The Beatles at next week’s Music Hall of Fame.
The singer will be part of a ‘supergroup’ that also features Jose Gonzalez, Roger Taylor and Corinne Bailey Rae, who will all be performing a series of Beatles classics.
The performance celebrates Sir George Martin’s induction into the Hall of Fame.
Martin will be conducting a 31 piece orchestra which will rattle through the Abbey Road tracks ‘Golden Slumbers’, ‘Carry The Weight’ and ‘The End.’
Elsewhere on the night, Prince, Bon Jovi, Led Zeppelin, James Brown, Dusty Springfield, Rod Stewart and Brian Wilson will all be earning their place in the hallowed halls.
They will join the likes of The Beatles, Elvis Presley and The Rolling Stones who have already earned their place.
