Upbeat tunes and witty lyrics can do a lot for a band that sound a little bit too much like every other indie band to come out of Liverpool in the last five years. In this song they achieve the difficult feat of sounding chirpy when singing about loaded shotguns and crying to their mum, but it is quite appealingly jaunty considering its darker themes. If they can get away from the derivative sound, they may be ones to watch.
