You Say Party! We Say Die! Refused Entry Into US

You Say Party! We Say Die! have had to cancel their upcoming US tour after being denied entry to the country.

According the bands label they were caught up in red tape and then denied entry at the Peach Arbor border crossing.

A statement adds that due to unforeseen delays the band had filed paperwork late and that they were not told about changes to the immigration system.

Further delays were caused when miscommunication between the American Federation of Musicians, the Vancouver Musicians Association and the US Customs and Immigration Service occurred.

The band are yet to announce any new US dates following the mix up.
