After months of rumours Genesis have confirmed that they’re to reform ten years after Phil Collins departed.
Collins plus Mike Rutherford and Tony Banks have all agreed to take part in a major tour with more details set to be announced in the coming weeks.
A spokesman for the trio confirmed the news adding that there’s also a possibility of new material being released.
So far founding member Peter Gabriel is not involved and things look set to stay that way.
Genesis have sold over 130 million albums world wide.
