Iceland Airwaves Comes To Britain

The Iceland Airwaves festival is coming to Britain for a one-off night next week.

Dubbed ‘A Taste of Iceland Airwaves’, the event takes place at London’s Kings College on September 12.

The night features performances from Tilly and the Wall, the magnificent Love Is All and Icelandic band Jakobinarina. All three artists will be playing at the main festival.

The event is run behind the same team behind the Rekjavik festival which takes place on October 18-22.

Other acts confirmed for the Icelandic music extravaganza include The Go! Team, Metric, We Are Scientists, Wolf Parade and Kaiser Chiefs.
