A Rolling Stones spokesperson has denied claims that Mick Jagger uses oxygen to help him through concerts.
Reports in the tabloids had speculated that 63-year-old Sir Mick needs a boost between songs as he struggles with his act.
But, according the official statement, Jagger’s only vice during the live shows is water.
The spokesperson said: “It's simply not true that Mick uses oxygen as there is none available. He maintains astonishing levels of fitness and the only help he needs during live performances is plenty of water."
The Rolling Stones’ sprawling ‘A Bigger Bang’ tour continues now.
