Panic! At The Disco singer Brendan Urie says he is ‘feeling good’ after being bottled onstage at the Reading Festival.
The emo band were just one song into their set on the Main Stage when Urie was hit by a missile in the head.
The blow knocked him out for a few seconds, after which he recovered enough to continue with the set.
He told the NME afterwards: “I’m doing I'm doing alright now, I could be way worse, I could be dead.
"What I remember is I got hit, got knocked out, woke up and finished the set! I was out for a couple of seconds, I guess. Then we played some music, it was good. I've got a bruise, but looks good. It makes me look rugged and tough."
The band eventually played a well-received set, which once again featured a cover of Radiohead’s ‘Karma Police.’

I’m kinda sick of people throwing things on the stage. This is the third knock out in the last few months. Idiots. Does someone have to die before people get that throwing full water bottles is just like throwing a rock.
im glad the ****in **** got belted with a bottle, grow some balls and stop singin like a ponce
Hats off to brendan for carrying on afterwards!! Most other singers would have cried off. Longy86 needs a good smack!
Whats the point in throwing bottles etc on stage... if you dont like the band, dont go ****ing see them! Simple! U idiots!
I thought Panic kicked ass at leeds!
- PPL was there to see real bands, throwing a bottle is just a good way to end their set.
