Bob Dylan has hit out at the standard of modern music labelling it “atrocious” and “worth nothing”.
Dylan says he hasn’t heard a decent album in the past twenty years while he also lamented the arrival of CDs.
He told The Rolling Stone: "You listen to these modern records, they're atrocious, they have sound all over them. I don't know anybody who's made a record that sounds decent in the past 20 years.”
On new technology he added: “CDs are small, there's no stature to it,” while his view on illegal music downloading were: "Well, why not? It ain't worth nothing anyway".
We wonder if he included the eight studio albums he’s made himself in the past twenty years in those comments.
