Korn Fan Killed Over Baseball Cap

Police have revealed that the man who died at a Korn gig last month was killed after a fight over a hat.

Previous reports had suggested 30 year old Andrew Richardson was attacked after trying to protect a pregnant woman and a disabled youngster.

One man, Scott Axley, has been arrested by Atlanta police after tip offs from members of the audience at the gig who knew him.

According to the eye witness accounts Richardson began arguing with Axley before being punched and falling to the concrete the floor, the result of which was a fatal brain injury.
