Man Beaten Close To Death At Korn Gig

A man has been hospitalised and declared brain dead after being beaten up in the mosh pit of a Korn gig in America.

Andy Richardson, 30, is in a critical condition in intensive care after the show at Atlanta’s Hi-Fi Buys Amphitheatre when he was attacked by two men in the audience

According to local TV station WSB a fight broke out after Richardson asked other fans to be careful around his heavily pregnant girlfriend.

His mother Gloria told the station: "Can you imagine your child goes to a concert and be killed for it, because of people out there fighting to have a quote unquote good time? And I'm angry. I'm very angry. Why were the police not there to stop them?"

A friend who witnessed the attack, Edgar Arellano, added: "He was unconscious. He had blood all over his face when I picked him up."

Richardson is not expected to live according to his mother who urged the culprits to hand themselves into police.
