Michael Eavis has hit out at other festival organisers who fail to do enough to stop ticket touts.
At last year’s festival revellers had to show photo ID to gain entry to the festival, but now Eavis says he is ready to step up security even further in 2007.
He said: “We seem to be ahead of the field on it which is rather weird - me being a rather humble dairy farmer from Somerset!
“But it really really bothers me when people buy a Glastonbury ticket for 120 quid, and sell it for 600. A lot of other promoters don't seem to mind what happens to the tickets afterwards, but it does really bother me."
In his chat with BBC6music, he continued: "We've got the headliners that we were really looking for, the Saturday's still got a choice of two or three at the moment, but I've got Friday and Sunday.
“And of course we've got all the headliners on the other stages, and that's a lot easier for us, isn't it?"
