Kasabian have announced that they are to go their separate ways with guitarist/keyboard player Chris Karloff.
A statement on the bands official website reads: “Lead guitarist/keyboard player Chris Karloff and Kasabian have parted company.”
“Karloff and the band experienced certain creative and artistic differences during the writing and recording of their second album. These irreconcilable and diverging approaches resulted in the band asking Karloff to leave the group. Karloff will pursue a musical career elsewhere.”
Kasabian release their new album ‘Empire’ on September 4 with the title track being released as the first single on July 24.
