The Kooks, Snow Patrol, The Zutons and Keane all maintained their grip on the top ten.
New entries of note in the singles chart are James Dean Bradfield’s ‘That’s No Way To Tell A Lie’ at 19 and Dirty Pretty Things’ ‘Deadwood’ at 20.
