Robbie Williams is set to make a bit of history when he becomes the first artist to broadcast a gig in high definition (HD).
Although many shows are filmed in HD, currently very few are actually screened in the format.
Now Sky One has announced that it will be screening Robbie Live in Leeds on September 9 in high definition.
Robbie told the station: “It’s great to be working with Sky. I’ve seen high definition and it looks great.
“It will capture the atmosphere of the concert in ways that a traditional broadcast couldn’t.”
