    Johnny Cash's Final Recording Sessions Set For Release

    The last original tracks Johhny Cash ever recorded are set appear on the latest of his American Recording series.

    The album entitled ‘American V: A Hundred Highways’ features material taken from Cash’s last sessions with producer Rick Rubin in 2003.

    The original songs ‘Like The 309’ and ‘I Came To Believe’ will sit alongside covers of Hank Williams, Rod McKuen, Bruce Springsteen and others.

    The album will be released in America on July 4 via Lost Highway Records though there is no news of a UK release date as of yet.
