Since first bursting onto the UK scene in February, New Yorkers the Scissor Sisters have caused quite a stir among the British industry. They look different, sound different and thank god, they are different.

Debut Album Scissor Sisters is a whirlwind of genres from disco to punk to electro to pop. There really is something for everyone. They have shown great showman ship with a recent DJ set at Camden’s Barfly proving their talent beyond reprove.

They are due to be appearing at a spate of summer festivals so go and see them before they start playing arena gigs in order to accommodate their rapidly growing UK fan base.
