Police took a firm stance at Hi: Fi North on Saturday arresting 53 people.
Around 3,000 people attended the music extravaganza with police admitting that they took robust action against drug users.
Northumberland police told the BBC: "The policing operation went well. We said we'd take a robust approach, and we did this using a variety of resources, including drugs dogs."
However, a 14-year-old boy was found under the influence of drugs at the festival who is now recovering in hospital.
