Marilyn Manson Fears He's To Blame For Bush

Shock-rocker Marilyn Manson is racked with guilt that he’s responsible for American President George W Bush’s election victory.

The liberal champion joked during Bush’s first tightly-fought campaign against Democrat Al Gore that his fans should vote for the much-lampooned Republican.

However, Manson now fears that people may have taken him seriously, and switched their votes to contribute to Bush’s narrow victory.

He wonders, “He won by such a small amount, and particularly because it was in Florida.

"Who's to say there weren't a couple of our fans who took my sarcasm seriously and voted for him?"
