The Beach Boys are being countersued for $20 million by a fan who they accused of stealing band memorabilia.
The legendary sixties group launched legal action against Allan Gaba in January, claiming he had taken band items from a Los Angeles warehouse without permission.
However, now Gaba is fighting back, filing a countersuit stating that he paid for the memorabilia.
He is seeking damages and the rights to sell on the goods.
