The Long Blondes have confirmed details of their debut single via the bands new permanent home of Rough Trade.
The Sheffield quintet will release ‘Weekend Without Make Up’ on June 19, which is backed by the tracks ‘Platitudes’, Last Night On Northgate Street’ and ‘Forward Babylon’.
Drummer Screech told drownedinsound of their signing to Rough Trade: "We're really thrilled to be signing to a label with such a great pedigree, and we're all looking forward to having a long term career in music. It's also nice to finally be able to quit our day jobs."
