A man has been handed an Asbo for playing David Gray records too loud.
Mark Burt from Newport, Isle of Wight was found guilty of blasting the dire David Gray album ‘White Ladder’ out of his stereo in the early hours.
The Asbo means that he’s banned from using Stereo Equipment capable of playing records, CDs or MP3s until 2009.
Magistrates also handed him an 18 month condition discharge and ordered him to pay £150 in costs for the crime.
Burt moaned that the loss of his music collection was like the loss of a baby.
The poor neighbours.
