Marc Almond has launched legal proceedings against the motorist who he collided with on his motorbike in 2004.
The crash almost cost the Soft Cell singer his life and he was hospitalised for five months with serious injuries.
Almond could be due a healthy pay out if he manages to convince that Chandan Kumar Paul was at fault.
Almond’s injuries have meant that he’s only recently been able to return to the recording studio.
