Graham Coxon, The Von Bondies, The Vines, Hundred Reasons, Placebo, Supergrass, Funeral For A Friend and Jurassic 5 have been added to the Reading / Leeds Festival line-up.
Coxon, who will play at the same time as The Darkness on the Radio 1 stage, is thinking of elaborate measures to get the crowds to his show.
"It's a bit scary, it means I'll have to turn up really loud and wear loud trousers. Maybe I could wear a dogtooth check catsuit? Yeah, that might be quite nice although I'm a bit funny about showing myself off in that sort of way,” he said to NME.com.
"I'd go and see me rather than The Darkness. I don't really know why, I suppose because it's going to be raining and I'd want to take cover."
The bands join the already strong billing of The Darkness, The White Stripes, Greenday, Ash, Morrissey, Supergrass, Placebo, The Libertines, 50 Cent, Franz Ferdinand, The Hives, Lostprophets, and The Streets.
The festival takes place at Richfield Avenue, Reading and Bramham Park, Leeds on August 27 - 29. Tickets for the event cost £105 for the weekend plus camping, with tickets limited to eight per household.
