An archive of previously unheard Libertines and Babyshambles songs stored on Pete Doherty’s laptop have surfaced on the internet.
The stash was saved on the troubled singer-songwriter’s computer in 2004, when the Libertines were beginning to fall apart, and Doherty’s own band Babyshambles was emerging.
Fans have been swapping the songs – including a version of noted Up The Bracket off-cut The Delaney and Never Never, which features samples from Doherty’s beloved sit-com Hancock’s Half Hour – on Libertines fansites.
