The murder trial of legendary producer Phil Soector has been delayed yet again until January 2007.
As previously reported on Gigwise the trial had been postponed until September because one of his defence team was involved in another case.
The trial will now start on January 16 because the Los Angeles Superior Court is double booked with another case said Judge Larry P Fiddler.
Spector is charged with the murder of actress Lana Clarkson at his home in 2003, he is currently on $1m bail.
He denies the charges and alleges that Clarkson commited suicide.
