Gorillaz could be set to become movie stars before the band split for good.
Rumours suggest that Damon Albarn hopes to make a feature length film featuring the animated critters before calling time on the project.
Albarn is also said to be planning a final run of live shows featuring Noodle, Murdoch, 2D and Russel in Las Vegas.
He told the Irish Examiner: "I think it would just be a lovely end to it - just blow up Las Vegas on the last night.”
Albarn revealed earlier this month that ‘Demon Days’ would probably be Gorillaz last long player.
He told the BBC: "At the moment we're like, that's probably the last album we make, I don't think we could make a better album than ‘Demon Days’ really, for what this is and how it works."
