Athlete have begun recording and demoing new songs for their third album.
Posting on the bands official website bass player Carey Willetts said: “It’s been a good week all round. Joel, Tim and I got together to play each other our ideas and do a little recording.”
He added: “We’ve booked into a rehearsal studio for 2 days next week so we can all start playing over ideas together.”
The new long player will be the follow up to 2005’s hugely successful ‘Tourist’.
