A judge has thrown out a lawsuit against Michael Jackson who alleged the star molested him over twenty years ago.
Joseph Bartucci who made the thrown out claim says he was lured into Michael Jackson’s limousine in 1984 and was sexually and physically assaulted for nine days.
He claimed that the he repressed the memory of the assault until 2003 when he started proceedings.
But Judge Ellon Fallon has dismissed the suit, although the reasons for the dismissal were not specified.
Jacko spokesperson Brian Oxman said: "We're pleased with the results. It's time to get on to new and better things."
While Bartucci’s lawyer Louis Koerner said he and his client were “shocked.”
