Pete Doherty has failed to appear in court for a review of his drugs rehabilitation programme today (April 12).
Thames Magistrates Court heard that the Babyshambles frontman was stuck in Paris following a gig there last night.
The appearance relates to a twelve month community order he was given in February for drugs charges. The case has no been adjourned to May 12, reports the beeb.
Doherty is due back in the same court next week (April 20) to answer to separate drugs charges.
