Luke Pritchard: Johnny Borrell Is Insecure

The Kooks’ frontman Luke Pritchard believes the reason why Johnny Borrell is so arrogant is because he’s insecure deep down.

Pritchard thinks that beneath the Razorlight frontman’s façade there’s got to be issues.

Speaking about Razorlight, he told More Magazine: “You have to be very insecure to be as arrogant as their lead singer Johnny.”

I have met Johnny several times and completely disagree with comments that he is arrogant. He is a charming, attentive and caring person. People confuse being a great leader of a great band with arrogance. He believes in what he does and is proud of what he has achived. That is not arrogance. Clearly Luke Pritchard lacks confidence in what he does so maybe he should dedicate to something else. After all, what is the point of doing something if you don’t believe that what you do is good?
