The Killers have asked a judge to throw out the $16million lawsuit against them from their former manager.
As previously reported, ex-manager Braden Merrick is suing the band for alleged loses and damages after he was sacked last May.
But yesterday (March 13), Brandon Flowers and co. together with new manager Robert Reynolds have dismissed the lawsuit accusing Merrick of dishonesty and incompetence, according to the New York Daily News.
On top of this The Killers launched a separate action on Friday (March 10) asking for the California Division of Labour Standards Enforcement to null any agreements between Merrick and the band.
Upon filing his lawsuit, Merrickās lawyer Howard King said he fully expected counter-actions to come his way.
