Gigwise can exclusively reveal that Test Icicles are to split up.
As we rightly told you last month, which was wrongly denied by some, due to constant touring pressures Test Icicles are calling it a day.
A statement from the label now confirms the split and reads: “The band will play their UK tour in April, but there are currently no plans to make another album or tour beyond this.”
The band have just come off their European tour and have cancelled their NME show and whole US tour.
They plan to release one more as yet unnamed single from their album 'For Screening Purposes Only', the remix single 'Totally Re-****ed' is out on March 6.
Their last ever show will be at London Astoria on April 22.
The trio's remaining tour dates are:
Glasgow, Garage – April 18
Sunderland, Manor Quay – 19
Manchester, Academy 2 – 20
Coventry, Colleseum – 21
London, Astoria - 22
