Pete Doherty is to remain in custody after being arrested twice yesterday.
Doherty pleaded guilty to possessing heroin at Thames Magistrates Court earlier today, and was refused bail by the judge.
Police revealed in court that they found a white wrap of powder in his pocket.
Despite the pleas of Doherty’s lawyer Sean Curran to free Doherty for the Babyshambles tour Judge Stephen Dawson refused.
He told him: "I'm sorry if my order will affect your fans and people who go to your concerts."
Doherty has to remain in custody until February 8 when he appears at Ealing Magistrates Court for sentencing.
Obviously, all remaining Babyshambles dates have been cancelled.
