If your knowledge of Tiga is restricted to his snappy, kitschy versions of Sunglasses at Night and Hot in Herre, then a) we don’t blame you, electroclash never really took off like they said it would, did it? and b) you might be surprised by this digital-only collection of remixes. We get the album version of ‘Good As Gold’ – all filthy beats and Italian disco groove courtesy of the brothers of Soulwax. Then there’s also an uninspiring instrumental version and a dub remix which does exactly what it says on the tin; far more interesting is the Morgan Geist mix, which reworks the track as brooding, ominous electro.
