The Research Celebrate Debut Album With Gigs

Purveyors of sweet lo-fi indie pop The Research are to play a number of gigs to celebrate the release of their debut album ‘Breaking Up’ on February 27.

The band will be joined by the likes of Maximo Park, Absentee, The Go! Team, British Sea Power and The Pipettes for the three dates in London and Leeds.

Organist Russell said of the dates: "This is going to be the best week for us because during our time touring, our favourite bands have become our favourite friends and they are all coming to help us party for our first long-playing record."

The Research also release their next single ‘Lonely Hearts Still Beat The Same’ on February 13.
