Franz Ferdinand are to warm up the crowd for Depeche Mode next year after announcing two support slots.
The Scots will play two dates with the electro rockers during their huge world tour in 2006. They will join them in Nuremberg and at the Nurburgring in June along with Placebo.
Depeche Mode kick off their 2006 dates in Dresden on January 13, the full dates are:
