Kanye West, 50 Cent, Stevie Wonder, Bruce Springsteen, Beyonce Knowles and Gwen Stefani have all received multiple nominations for the Grammy Awards.
West and Legend both received eight nominations alongside Mariah Carey whose record ‘The Emancipation Of Mimi’ was nominated for Album of the Year. 50 Cent, Beyonce and Stevie Wonder all received 6 nominations.
Records up for Album of the Year include ‘Chaos and Creation in the Backyard’ by Paul McCartney, ‘Love.Angel.Music.Baby.’ by Gwen Stefani, ‘How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb’ by U2 and ‘Late Registration’ by Kanye West.
Record of the Year nominees include ‘We Belong Together’ by Mariah Carey, ‘Feel Good Inc.’ by Gorillaz featuring De La Soul, ‘Boulevard of Broken Dreams’ by Green Day, ‘Hollaback Girl’ by Gwen Stefani, and ‘Golddigger’ by Kanye West.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony in Los Angeles on February 8. The full nominations can be found here.
