Justin Bieber was just indicted in Argentina for allegedly ordering his bodyguards to beat up a photographer.

According to TMZ, "a judge in Buenos Aires just dropped the hammer against the pop star for the 2013 incident."

TMZ's soruces say Bieber's lawyers will appeal the indicment, hoping that the appeals court judges will dismiss the case as a publicity grab by the judge and throw the case out.

But for now if the Sorry singer is seen in Argentina, he could face arrest.

Argentina has South America's biggest Biber fanbase but he is yet to announce any tour dates there meaning that they are taking this indicment very seriously.

Last year a warrant for Bieber's arrest was issued but he wasn't formally accused until these most recent reports.

Elsewhere, the Dail Mail reports Bieber was caught up in an incident with a photographer in South Florida where he order a body guard to rough him up and take his memory card. Bieber was forced to reach a  private settlement to avoid any law trouble.

In London, the heavily papped singer took out his frrustrations and screamed: I'll fucking beat the fuck out of you!"

In more positive news, Bieber is playing the below dates this coming summer. Check here for ticket information.

30 June Principality Stadium, Cardiff
02 July Hyde Park, London
