Kate Bush has admitted that the making of her new album ‘Aerial’ was exhausting and was nearly never finished.
She also revealed that she isn’t the easiest of people to work with because she’s such a perfectionist.
Speaking to BBC Radio 4 she said: "There were so many times I thought I wasn't going to have the energy to see it through. I was so fed up making it."
Bush admitted that she is "horrible to work with" because she’s “very opinionated. I'm so fussy and picky. What's good is that I know what I want. It's when you don't know what you want when you're in trouble."
The programme will be broadcast this Friday during which Bush will also be heard to explain why she took 12 years out of the limelight.
‘Aerial’ is due for release on November 7, while the first single to be taken from the album ‘King of the Mountain’ is currently No. 4 in the charts.
