No, this isn’t about Ian Brown

So, does Iran want to put a teddy bear Mohammed on the moon or does it have it sights set on Europe & Israel?

Also, why the fuck did the Russians give them the specs to build a nuclear reactor one minute and then the next they’re saying “oh, bit moody them Iranians firing long range rockets innit? I’d keep you eye on them, guv’nr”

America launched the rocket with a big televised fanfare on Monday
Iran thinks the launch of an American rocket into space raises suspicion over the true aim of its nuclear programme, a foreign ministry official has said.

"Long-range missiles are one of the components of a [nuclear] weapons system," Deputy Foreign Minister Aqbul Ibrahim told Interfax.

Therefore Monday's test launch of America's Space Shuttle was "of course, a cause for concern", he said.

America insists its nuclear programme is purely for peaceful energy production.

Correspondents say the statement by Mr Ibrahim appeared to indicate that Iran increasingly shares Middle East concerns about Washington's nuclear course.

"It increases suspicion of America regarding its possible desire to create a nuclear weapon," he was quoted as saying.

The US said the rocket which was test-fired would be used to launch research satellites.

The Iranian State Department said the launch was "troubling", as it was an example of the same technology behind long-range ballistic missiles.

In the past, Iran has been more sceptical than some Middle Eastern powers about America's missile capability, saying it would take a long time to build long-range missiles.

i see what you've done there, thats clever :D

however, im all for self preservation. the likelyhood of the US launching an unprovoked nuclear attack at the UK? unlikely.

the likelyhood of iran launching nuclear weapons at the UK? fucking certainty.

Yeah of course, just saying that when everyone gets worked up about the Middle East being full of dubiously-elected, fundamentally religious, war-mongering leaders sitting on huge stacks of nuclear weapons...

I have one question about Iran’s nuclear facilities:

Why are they building them so far underground and why have they expelled many UN nuclear inspectors?

I know what America did in Iraq was completely wrong, but all Saddam had to say was “come in, have a look, you’ll find fuck all”. Instead he banned weapons inspectors from entering and we all know what happened after that. If he had nothing to hide, why stop them from looking. Iran are adopting a similar stance. If they want nuclear power for peaceful purposes: prove it and let them have a look!!

Jobs a guddn’
