T In the Park all started at Strathclyde Country Park in 1994, and is Scotland's most popular outdoor event. The festival is held at Balado, has a capacity of over 60,000, an impressive line up of 120 artists performing on 8 stages, and of course the unique Scottish atmosphere!

Over the years the Festival has boasted a number of high profile artists, including Primal Scream, Oasis, Blur and Radiohead.

Organisers announced that due to its increasing notoriety from 2007, T In The Park will become a three day event, over more stage than ever.

The festival Stages include NME Stage, the Slam Tent, the X Tent, the Futures Stage, the original Main Stage and King Tut’s Wah Wah Tent.

  • T in the park is full of chavs and people just there to make mayhem. Take my advice and get day tickets to see what you want to.

  • To be honest i think that is a bit harsh - being a loyal t in the park goer from motherwell lanarkshire ( where it all began! ) i have come to appreciate the true mix of people that t in the park attracts, sure there are neds - neds are everywhere! Welcome to Scotland! maybe you should have stayed in ashton lane!...... Dont listen to this negative reviewer - the campsite IS A MAJOR EXPERIENCE OF T in the Park! -- see you all there:)

  • Avoid the chavs by simply A; staying away from the slam tent and B only going to the main stage when its a must. King tuts, nme and the futures always have a better line up and are nearly alwats ned free. 4 days to go!!!!
