Not just good for making mobile phones and porn - Sweden holds a darn good festival.
Since its beginning in 1986 and a wee capacity of 7000, Hultsfred Rockparty has spawned into an annual party that sells out every time. Tiny Hultsfred town is home to the action. It is a non-profit event that is run by volunteers. Its continual success helped to create a pop-culture resource centre nearby.
The Festival mixes up rock, pop, urban and dance acts for a 25 000 capacity audience. Sweden shows its style and culture with home grown talent and in-fest saunas. They have a knack for getting the big stars before they shine, with Fatboy Slim, Underworld and Oasis all playing before they made it massive. Check it out...
