International Pop Overthrow

The IPO made pit stops across the Atlantic for May 2005, and so it continues...

International Pop Overthrow (or IPO, as it has affectionately become known) is a pop music festival which has been held for the past thirteen years in Los Angeles. We have also held IPO for various years in Chicago, New York, Boston, San Diego, Phoenix, Detroit, Milwaukee, Portland, Seattle, Vancouver, and Toronto, as well as in Liverpool, England (at the world famous Cavern Club)! We're proud to announce that 2010 was our most successful year yet, and we are greatly looking forward to all of the IPO shows in 2011!

The travelling festival moves from various places in the USA to Liverpool's infamous Cavern Club, bringing over 100 bands to the stage.  After that, IPO returns to the US of A and plays some more.

The IPO serves as a chance for bands to play together and raise the profile of 'pop'. A good all rounder for fun music and cheap laughs.

The festival stops in the following cities: San Diego, Phoenix, Chicago, Detroit, Milwaukee, Liverpool, London, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver, Austin, Dallas, New York, Toronto, Boston, Denver.
