Dotted all over the capital book town of Britain is the annual Guardian Hay Festival. Wander the paper-leaf lined streets, ponder life in the cafes and traditional pubs, watch the stars on the river, and listen to the stars, singers, politicians, comedians, writers of all genres and generally people of the know and in the know talking about various subjects in posh tents. Excellent fun.
