    Danger, danger, Electric Six

You've all heard their single by now, you've probably even chanted it's catchy hook in a stupid voice "Danger, danger, high voltage!" Yeah, you already know about Electric Six and you wanna see them live.

Well then, thank **** that they're touring the UK and we can finally shake our hips and bang our heads to their loud insane music. The loony posse are hitting Liverpool on Wednesday 5th February and we've got two pairs of tickets to give away courtesy of those finger-on-the-pulse type chaps down at Barfly.

All you need to do is tell us who is Electric Six's manic depressive guitarist.

Tickets are still available but selling fast. Hopefully there won’t literally be a fire in the Disco but anything can happen 'cos DJ Triple H will be on the decks from 8pm till late. If you're not the type to leave things to chance, or you're the sort of unlucky bastard that never wins a tombola prize, even after buying a fist full of tickets, then you might be better off getting your tickets now. Buy them here!

Electric SixElectric Six are "The rock equivalent of a duty-bound pack of Wild West outlaws who've spent the last 25 years on Mars and are now returning to right the musical wrongs of us puny Earth creatures."
    The Metro Times (Detroit, MI)

Out of the Great Detroit Rock Hothouse and into the void flies Electric Six, whose bizarre genetic splicing of punk, new wave, disco and arena rock provides a total entertainment solution for the new breed of rock and roller. When you enjoy Electric Six, you enjoy both the present and the future. Hear them for yourself, men and women.

None of them knew it, but throughout the 80s and 90s, thousands of American youths were subjected to close and continuous observation. Imagine applying for a position in O Town, without knowing you have done so. Imagine being called, out of the blue one day: "Congratulations - you're a member of O Town, now." How would you feel? Would you want to be in O Town?

The five men who now comprise Electric Six were recruited based on their psychological profiles and individual capabilities: By sheer coincidence, all of them hail from Detroit City.

Dick Valentine (vocals) fronts the band. He thought he knew what he was doing. He was wrong. As a child, Valentine's IQ scores marked high off the scale and he appears to be socially underdeveloped. Dick Valentine bears some symptoms of schizophrenia.

The Rock and Roll Indian (rhythm & lead guitar) may have been raised in the wild, and by monkeys. He displays an approximated affinity for the culinary arts, and also hair care. He is manic depressive.

Disco (bass guitar) is like a Ye Olde English pub-dweller trapped in a Studio 54 world. He is a classic car enthusiast. He is markedly narcissistic. He is a sharp dresser.

Surge Joebot (lead & rhythm guitar) is a man in the shadows on a never-ending mission of vengeance and pleasure. Either he possesses some form of telekinesis, or he talks a vigorous line of shit. Surge suffers from generalized megalomania, and paranoia.

M enjoys using women's underwear as an outer garment. He is the drummer. He has been diagnosed with insomnia, narcolepsy and chronic dementia. Many consider him to be the operational nerve center of Electric Six.
