It's rare that a new act comes as fully formed and ready made as The Neighbourhood but this LA act have moved in and made themselves right at home.
First cropping up just a matter of weeks ago, the sleek and swagger filled band have a confidence that most new bands take months to build up but then, with songs this good, who can blame them? 'Sweater Weather' is the band's calling card whilst 'Female Robbery' may well have Foster The People, this bands most natural forefathers, quaking in their pumped up kicks.
Zane Lowe is already a huge fan and recently said, “Only two songs in and already we feel confident tipping The Neighbourhood for great things. This is classic Californian song writing with hip hop in it's back pocket.”
The Neighbourhood release their debut EP 'I'm Sorry' on May 7th and will be previewing a brand new song, titled 'Wires', on April 30th.
In the meantime though, introduce yourself to The Neighbourhood and watch the 'Sweater Weather' video below.
