In Rapture are the new and exciting young party band in Norwich, formed in the summer of 2008 from some of East Anglia's finest original and cover bands. In Rapture are a five piece band fronted by both a female and male vocalists, two guitarists, bassist and a drummer. Focusing the In Rapture set list on 1990's to today's Rock / Pop / Indie songs, it is best to describe In Rapture as a modern rock band. Nevertheless the In Rapture repertoire does include classics from Wild Cherry, Blondie, The Kinks and many others! 'In Rapture' have played various charity events, wedding receptions and private parties as well as general Friday and Saturday night pub and club performances. Though the band has only been together 9 months there experience and professionalism comes from years of playing within other groups. 'In Rapture' has a growing following and are amazingly penciling in dates for 2010!
