In 2003 Gripshift launched their assault on the South West metal scene. With the emphasis on writing their own material from day one, their unique sound riff laden with melodic de-tuned guitars, kicking drums & powerful female vocals quickly developed. Having cut their teeth playing pubs and clubs around the Bristol area including a support slot for Anthrax and Skid Row at the Bristol Bierkeller, the band were ready to take their music a stage further.2005 saw the release of the debut album "Gripshift" and dvd single "My Reality" which can be heard and purchased from the website.Article Comments (0)
