Go Lazarus is a three-piece alternative rock band from Nuneaton. After playing in various bands and solo projects, Anthony McAteer (guitars & vocals), Adam Chatwin (bass) and Dan Carnevale (drums) came together in 2007 to create their own music. Blending together hardcore riffs, house beats, dub bass lines and timeless melodies, the trio have made a form of music truly their own! Taking influence from At The Drive-In, Bloc Party, The Music, Hendrix and growing up in a town full of angry chavs, the strength of their initial batch of garage-recorded demo’s gathered good press and radio play on the BBC and helped secure live bookings in London and Manchester. After honing their live shows with over 100 gigs all over the country, they have recorded their debut 3 Strikes EP with John Rivers (The Specials, Ocean Colour Scene, Felt) at Woodbine Studios, Leamington Spa. 3 Strikes EP is available on CD from go_lazarus@hotmail.co.uk and online everywhere.
