Sean Lennon 'Shocked' At Bruce Springsteen Headlining Glastonbury

John Lennon and Yoko Ono's son Sean says he is “shocked” that Bruce Springsteen is headlining Glastonbury.

The 33-year-old musician believes The Boss is 'uncool' and he should not be playing the prestigious Saturday night slot.

He tells The Sun: "It's shocking. I have been to Glastonbury a few times, I've even played a few, and it just didn't seem like that was the kind of artist they had headlining. I heard they called him and he didn't even know what it was."

However, Sean had kinder words for Bruce's fellow music veteran and Friday night headliner, Neil Young, who he believes is still “cool.”

Lennon continues: "I love Neil Young. I feel like he's one of the only people who has managed to stay cool the whole time, which is really hard."

Sean needs to shut up. Bruce has been an advocate to stop this illegal war that the United States started. If I am not mistaken, John Lennon would have admired what Bruce has done. Neil Young's view on the war is also of the same. So what is Sean's problem? Taking the headlines from him? This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sean Lennon is just desperate for aattention because his music fucking sucks and he has to live in the shadow of his legendary father for the rest o his sad life. Bruce Springsteen is one of the greats and is on par with Neil Young. Both legends like your father. Sean Lennon has done so little in his career yet he can determine who is "cool" or not? Lennon should show respect to Springsteen, a guy who has done much in his career (unlike himself who has done very little). I'm not a huge Boss fan but know enough to comment that Lennon should keep his thoughts to himself and start focusing on writing a decent song. Even Yoko made a larger impact on music than him.Plus, 'born in the usa' was actually a 'cool' protest song!
